After a few delays due to Covid, the Bowen Basin Symposium is happening in Mackay, 28-30 March. MBGS’ Managing Director Kerry Whitby is one of the plenary speakers and will be presenting on the history of coal exploration in Queensland, and the Bowen Basin in particular. Also Kim Straub, part of our ASIMS team will be speaking on acoustic scanner interpretation – a case study comparing manual interpretation to using automated software.
