Since 2006  MBGS has been working on coal projects throughout Mongolia.  This work has ranged from drill rig supervision, mentoring Mongolian coal geologists, project management, development of geological computer models, structural geology interpretation, JORC resource estimation, due diligence and technical reviews.  Mongolian deposits can contain extreme structure and geologically have been some of the most interesting and at times, challenging projects.  Mongolia’s stunning scenery and extreme climate have provided a fascinating backdrop for our geologists on a number of exploration drilling programmes.  To enhance our link with Mongolia, we have recently translated our website into the Mongolian language with the help of our Mongolian geological staff – Манай вэб сайт нь Монгол хэлнээ орчуулагдсан.
