MBGS held its annual photographic competition where staff were invited to submit their best work/geology photos for 2015.

Prizes were awarded for the most popular photograph in each category:

Wear in the World with MBGS – photographs need to feature the official MBGS logo
MBGS Work – photographs related to MBGS work
Geology General – photographs which show geology in composition or nature

The winners this year were:

• Wear in the World: won jointly by LK. Zaarour, J. Bartolo & K. Straub – “Apostles#3”
• MBGS Work: B. Getty – “Road Closed”
• Geology General: J. Bartolo – “Unconsolidated Sediments”
