On 26 June 2015, MBGS’ Managing Director, Kerry Whitby, presented at the AusIMM Hunter Region Branch June Seminar.  The focus of the seminar was the 2014 Coal Guidelines with guest facilitator Peter Stoker (Deputy Chair JORC Committee).  Kerry’s presentation was titled “Aspects to consider – Coal Resource Estimation and Reporting” and dealt with issues including the reasonable prospects test, points of observation, extrapolation beyond data limits, rounding and Exploration Targets.
